Succes of fine food Xavier David in Anuga 2011
The big success of the fine food Xavier David on the show ANUGA allowed us to register a very good starting up for a large number of our new products.
Truffles in the Toffy and bitter Dark chocolate Xavier David, represented with dignity the culinary bérrichonne culture and the extraordinary know-how of our chocolate master : mister Daniel Mercier.
Recipes Xavier David knew how to delight the papillae of the visitors on the show with the excellent choice of ingredients composing them: cream fraiche of Normandy, butter of Isigny, chocolate Valrhona, …
Also, our jams of Provence, among which the jam of red Figs of Solliès and Raspberries Mecker from Moras-en-Valloire, present a selection of the best fresh fruit cooked in the cauldron within twelve hours after their harvest.
Furthermore, Beaufort Xavier David, our new speciality cheese maker in the raw milk glittered by its extraordinary refining.

Xavier David : New range of Fine Food !
The range Xavier David complements itself this year by the creation of a quite new range of fine delis. She consists of a wide choice of products corresponding to 7 ranges of 85 products:

-  Sausages
-  Olive, olive oil
-  Spices
-  Teas
-  Stuffs
-  Honeys
-  Jams

 
These products answer the same requirements and criteria of drastic selections as raw milk cheeses Xavier David, so much by the transparency of our producers, that the requirement of the gustative qualities of products.
Rare and precious they are the reflection of traditional know-how and a daily reflection: choice of the season, the varieties of soils, raw materials …

From today and until October 12th the brand Xavier David will be present in the International show of Anuga situated in Cologne, Germany.
